Long Term Plan

This plan applies to customers with a rental period which is longer than 90 days.
It includes 30 minutes of FREE local minutes per 30 days, and may be used at any time during the rental period. However there are no refunds for unused minutes.

All incoming calls are FREE*!

Unlimited internet/email option is available only on this plan.

Please note that all prices include 5% tax and that a pre-authorization charge is required for each phone.

Our supplier is a leading mobile provider in Japan and was selected on the basis of quality of service and extensive coverage throughout Japan. All major metropolitan areas are covered as well as many tourist destinations. Please email us if you are traveling to a destination outside of a major tourist area or city so that we may confirm the quality of coverage for you.

**Please note that all Go Mobile phones are capable of Email/Internet and that you will be charged based on kilobytes used. Sending or receiving emails and accessing sites with pictures and/or data may result in a significant charge. We suggest that you do not use your Go Mobile phone for surfing sites or for sending photos or any attachments to avoid excessive charges and use the phone for short email messages only.

100 countries for ¥100

Calling home or your friends is easy with Go Mobile and made easier with economical rates of 100 yen per minute to over 100 countries. No PIN codes are required. All international calls are on a pay as you go basis and all Go Mobile phones are automatically enabled for international dialing.

Please note that all uncompleted calls to our switch are charged as a local call. Completed international calls to our switch are charged as international calls per the rates as listed on our website.

Delivery

Delivery cost (including Express Delivery) is FREE for any number of phones. Return postage will be offered free as well.

Please note that we do not provide Airport Pickup Service.

Insurance - ¥2250 per 30 days

Please note that insurance is optional and that the period of cover is the same as the rental period. In the event that a phone is lost or damaged with the purchase of insurance the charge of replacing the phone would be less than without insurance. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions for details.

USA local number - ¥750 per 30 days

Call Japan for the cost of a local call in the US and the calls from the US will be automatically transferred to your Go Mobile phone. A rate of ¥750 will be charged for use of the line for each month.

This convenient option allows you to speak to someone overseas without dialing an international code. Calls are made by dialing as you would any other local US number.

Please note that there are incoming call charges of ¥65 per minute to receive these US connected calls. If this option is selected, you will be notified of your US local number when you receive your phone

Camera / Internet and Email — Unlimited Usage option available!

All Go Mobile phones are email/internet capable and come with a camera function.

We offer two options: unlimited use of internet/email service for ¥5,000 per 30 days OR a pay as you go basis plan which is charged at 3 yen per kilobyte used.
Please note that the unlimited option is only available at the time of your order and that we will be unable to apply this option after we have received your order.

You will be assigned a unique mobile phone email address which you can send and receive emails. Emails and all attachments sent through your phone are subject to data transfer charges which vary dependant on the size of the email and attachments. Sending or receiving emails with significant amounts of data, such as photos, animation as an attachment, may result in a significant charge.

Use of the internet will also be charged at the same rate and charges will vary dependant upon the content downloaded.

Please note that if you wish to access websites with significant amounts of text and photos, animation images etc the data that you will download per page may be very large and as a result your charges for internet/email will be significant.

Transfer of data using the mobile as a modem is not available with Go Mobile phones.

SMS

Short text messages may be sent to phones on the same provider network. SMS is charged at 10 yen per message sent and receiving SMS is free. Please note SMS in countries other than Japan works very differently in that SMS's may be sent to any phone domestically or internationally. SMS's in Japan may only be sent to phones with the same network provider. SMS's from Japan may not be sent internationally. Should you wish to send a text type message the email function on your phone may be more applicable.
