Go Mobile will provide you with a local phone for the country that you select. Your phone will not work until you are overseas as the mobile system in Japan operates on a different network from the rest of the world. Your Go Mobile rental phone will have a local phone number for the country that you selected service for.

*You will be charged at this rate after the free 30 minutes has been used.

**Please note that all international call rates refer to calls made through our switch.
Since significantly higher rates will apply for direct dialed calls please refer to your instruction manual when making any international calls.

Please note that all uncompleted calls to our Switch are charged as a local call. Completed international calls to our switch are charged as international calls per the rates as listed on our Website.

A pre-authorization charge is required for each phone.

¥5,000 package

We recommend that our customers select the 5,000 yen package to take advantage of our lower rates.

Please refer to the above rate for the 5,000 yen package.

Please note that we do not refund any unused minutes and that you should select this option if your usage will be significant.

Japan 03 number - ¥1000/month

Call overseas for the cost of a local call and the calls from Japan will be automatically transferred to your Go Mobile phone.

This convenient option allows you to speak to someone overseas without dialing an international code. Calls are made by dialing as you would any other local Japanese number.

Please note that you will be charged 100 yen per minute to receive these 03 connected calls. If this option is selected, you will be notified of your 03 number when you receive your phone.

Insurance - ¥150 per day / Delivery

Please note that insurance is optional and that the period of cover is the same as the rental period. In the event that a phone is lost or damaged with the purchase of insurance the charge of replacing the phone would be less than without insurance. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions for details.

Delivery costs - 1,000 yen /per phone (2 or more phones, 700 yen/ per phone). Please note that this includes return postage.

An express charge will be applied to orders that are required four business days prior to the Rental Start Date.
