100 countries for ¥100

Calling home or your friends is easy with Go Mobile and made easier with economical rates of 100 yen per minute to over 100 countries. No PIN codes are required. All international calls are on a pay as you go basis and all Go Mobile phones are automatically enabled for international dialing.

Please note that all uncompleted calls to our switch are charged as a local call. Completed international calls to our switch are charged as international calls per the rates as listed on our website.

Delivery

Delivery costs - 1,000 yen /per phone (2 or more phones, 700 yen/per phone). Please note that this includes return postage.

An express charge will be applied to orders that are required four business days prior to the Rental Start Date.

Please note that we do not provide Airport Pickup Service

Insurance - ¥150 per day

Please note that insurance is optional and that the period of cover is the same as the rental period. In the event that a phone is lost or damaged with the purchase of insurance the charge of replacing the phone would be less than without insurance. For more information please see our Terms and Conditions for details.

 

USA local number - ¥1,000 for up to 30 days

Call Japan for the cost of a local call in the US and the calls from the US will be automatically transferred to your Go Mobile phone. One price plan (¥1,000) for use of the line for up to 30 days.

This convenient option allows you to speak to someone overseas without dialing an international code. Calls are made by dialing as you would any other local US number.

Please note that there are incoming call charges of ¥85 per minute to receive these US connected calls. If this option is selected, you will be notified of your US local number when you receive your phone

Camera/Internet and Email

All Go Mobile phones are email/internet capable and come with a 1.3 megapixel camera. The charges for internet and email usage are ¥5 per kilobyte.

Heavy internet/email users may wish to select the ¥5,000 package. Pre-purchase 5,000 yen worth of kilobytes at the rate of 3 yen per kilobyte. All additional kilobytes are also charged at the rate of ¥3. Since refunds will not be provided for any unused amounts we suggest that you only select this package if you know that you will be using the internet and email significantly.

You will be assigned a unique mobile phone email address which you can send and receive emails. Emails and all attachments sent through your phone are subject to data transfer charges which vary dependant on the size of the email and attachments. Sending or receiving emails with significant amounts of data, such as photos, animation as an attachment, may result in a significant charge.

Use of the internet will also be charged at the same rates (¥5 unless you have pre-purchased) and charges will vary dependent upon the content downloaded.

Please note that if you wish to access websites with significant amounts of text and photos, animation images etc the data that you will download per page may be very large and as a result your charges for internet/email will be significant.

Transfer of data using the mobile as a modem is not available with Go Mobile phones.

SMS

Short text messages may be sent to phones on the same provider network. SMS is charged at 25 yen per message sent and receiving SMS is free. Please note SMS in countries other than Japan works very differently in that SMS's may be sent to any phone domestically or internationally. SMS's in Japan may only be sent to phones with the same network provider. SMS's from Japan may not be sent internationally. Should you wish to send a text type message the email function on your phone may be more applicable.
