1. Order

Order online four business days prior to your rental start date (five business days for Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa.) for standard delivery.

Please note that express orders are those orders received within three business days during Japanese business hours.

We will send you an automated e-mail* confirming your order.

In accordance with Japanese laws Go Mobile is required to verify your personal details prior to sending your mobile phone. Please see our FAQ for more information.

2. Shipping

For overseas phone orders, we will ship your mobile approximately three business days prior to your rental start date (four business days for Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa).

For Japan phone orders, we will ship your mobile approximately two business days prior to the rental start date.

You will receive an automated e-mail informing you that we have shipped your phone. Your local phone number will be included with this email*.

3. Receipt

The phone will be delivered one day prior to your rental start date.

Please check to ensure that you have the following items

- an instruction manual in English for your mobile phone
- a charger for your mobile phone
- a pre-addressed and self-stamped envelope for returning the phone
- shipping documents

4. Return

Please return the phone immediately after your use.

We will send you an automated e-mail* to inform you that we have received your phone.

5. Billing

You will receive a final bill approximately one months after you have returned your phone. The data is based on actual usage from our network providers in each country. Please note that the supplier's cycles vary for each country.

You will be billed for all local calls in excess of the included minutes, all international calls, data charges and any other charges incurred on your mobile phone.

In some circumstances you may receive a Special Billing if you have significant usage or if your rental is for an extended period.

Please note that each time that your credit card is used you will be notified of the charge and a summary will be sent to the email address* that you provided us with on your intial order.

* Please note that your email account has its own security settings and it may filter emails from us to the junk mail box or trash bin.
