I travel frequently and often to multiple countries. If I use
your phones my office colleagues and my Japanese contacts will have to always
remember my new phone number. Is there an easier way to stay in touch?
Our 03 local line is a convenient and easy way to stay in touch. We suggest that
you select the premium package which includes a 03 line so that your colleagues
can dial a local Japanese number to reach you. If you would like the same numbers
for both overseas and locall calls then please select a time period such as six
or twelve months as we cannot reserve numbers due to limited availability. SuperCall
service What does VOIP mean?
VOIP allows you to make telephone calls using a computer network over a data network
like the Internet. Calls using VOIP are often associated with very low prices
per minute but have poor quality such as unclear lines and frequent hang-ups.
SuperCall does not utilize VOIP to make phone calls but rather places all of the
calls through a telephone switch which makes the calls economical in cost but
does not compromise in call quality. The SuperCall solution recognizes that business
users require high quality at a reasonable price.
Why is Alaska not included as part of Super 5 when it is a
part of the USA? Go Mobile always negotiates with its
suppliers to obtain the best prices for its customers. However calls that terminate
in Alaska is significantly more expensive than calls that terminate in mainland
USA and Hawaii. I would
like to sign up for Super 5 on my mobile and Super 20 on my landline at work -
but I would also like to be able to call other countries on both lines. Can I
do this? SuperCall can be registered to any landline
or mobile. Please note that the charges are per registered line. Any registered
line is authorized to make calls to any country outside of the Super 5 or 20 list.
All calls will be billed per minute according to our rate guide for SuperCall.
I would like to try Super 5 for
just a month - what is the minimum subscription time?
SuperCall for both Super 5 and Super 20 is a monthly service which is billed in
advance and requires 60 days written notice for termination. For first-time subscribers
this implies a minimum period of 3 months and any time after that a 60-day written
