Assuming you take a 2.5 month trip and want a total of 300
minutes talk time, including 90 local minutes and the rest of your calls
made to a Japan landline or mobile. You will be charged three basic charges
that will include a total of 90 days of handset usage and 90 minutes of Airtime.
There is no extra phone rental charge. If you also purchase an optional ¥5,000
package your calls will be charged at ¥125 per minute (calls to Japan landline
and mobile). Therefore if you do actually use 300 minutes you will need
to pay for an additional 210 minutes (300-90) @ ¥125 per minute = ¥26,250.
So the total cost will be 3 x ¥3,800 + ¥26,250= ¥37,650 | |
